For nearly 20 years, David has provided executive, business development and management consulting services across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors and around the world. During his tenures with ATSI, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Booz & Company, he’s focused on the Department of Defense, Commercial and Not-For-Profit Health, Commercial and Not-For-Profit Education, Federal Government Civilian Agency and Commercial Financial, Technology and Consumer markets.
As the President & CEO of LeoRose, David continues to use his functional expertise in the areas of business development, strategy, operations, financial management, organizational transformation, design and efficiency as well as change management to serve clients. He now focuses his efforts on creating and expanding robust talent strategies and programs that continually drive market performance.
David holds an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BA from Vanderbilt University. He has supported several non-profit organizations who promote national and global public health, education, and preparedness missions. David also currently serves as the President of the Ross School of Business Alumni Club of Washington, DC.
